Shipping information

Please check junk email folder for order confirmation.

All orders are sent standard so tracking is only available once delivery has been attempted.

Please allow 2 days processing time on all orders. 5-6 days Shipping to UK addresses (delivery can be further delayed in holiday seasons (ie Christmas) or due to Royal Mail Strikes.

Duties and import taxes at checkout. We are not responsible for any import/tax charges.

Orders will not arrive or be refunded or resent if customers fail to provide a correct or complete shipping address (i.e no house number).

If photo proof of delivery has been provided we are not liable to send replacement or provide refund.

Customers are responsible for covering the cost of returns.
